These easy Root Beer float pops are amazingly rich and creamy and will really hit the spot on a hot, summer day and they are so easy, you can even enlist the help of the kiddos. Tip: When the popsicles are fully frozen, before trying to pull them out, invert the popsicle mold and run it under warm water and your yummy popsicle will slide right out.

DISCLAIMER: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post, however all opinions are my own. I know I am not the only Mom who dreads 5 o'clock, every night. Some days, I'm doing good to just get to the end of the day with all body parts intact and I would probably be fine with letting the kids eat peanut butter straight from the jar, for dinner, but since that's not an option, I always keep a bag or two of Gorton's fish sticks on hand to get me (and the family) through "those" nights. DISCLAIMER: I was provided with promotional items to facilitate this post, however all opinions are my own. One of my favorite things to do, with my family, on the weekends, is to pile all five of us up in the car and head out on an adventure. Usually our "adventures" end up with us finding a new, funky thrift store, riding through the park, looking at the scenery or finding a new place to eat. Regardless of the activity, the best thing about "adventure time" is just getting to hang out with my hubby & kids and catch up on the "goings-on" in their lives. Especially the teenagers, they can be such hard nuts to crack, so any excuse to get them to talk and interact, is golden. According to research, eating together as a family, on a regular basis has some surprising health effects. Of course, sitting down to a family meal together with two teens and a 3 year old can also be a bit nerve wracking (and messy), but it's so totally worth it! In the spirit of family,Ryan's, Old Country Buffet & the entire Country Buffet family of restaurants have teamed up with the publishers of the new "Nancy Drew Diaries" & "The Hardy Boys Adventures" series of books, to bring you this fun giveaway. The books you may remember loving in your childhood can now be read with your own kids with a new look and suspenseful storylines and the books would make wonderful additions to any child’s Easter basket. Too soon for Easter goodies... NEVER! These amazingly yummy, little bombs of greatness turned out so much better than I imagined and the little sprinkle of sea salt is a great contrast with the rich, creamy peanut butter and the semi sweet chocolate... Oh my goodness. It is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Do yourself a favor and "whip up" a few of these for your family... or for yourself, I won't tell. It will be our little secret.

A few weeks ago, I told you about all the awesome deals you can get on fresh, quality meats and produce, from Zaycon Foods. Zaycon Foods is an awesome service that brings you farm fresh, never frozen, all natural, no hormone added chicken, meats, farm fresh milk and produce products. All Zaycon chicken is brought straight from the farm to you. I mentioned, in my previous post, this would be my first Zaycon experience and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. From the ordering, all the way to the actual pickup, the process was completely painless and the chicken is amazing! The morning of the pickup, Mike, my husband arrived promptly at the scheduled start time and was met with a small line. He was afraid it was going to take forever and called me, bugging out a little bit. He was about eight or nine cars back and was due at work in about 20 minutes.
This is such a yummy recipe, it's great for work & school lunches or even as a spread for finger sandwiches at your next shower or tea.
