You shouldn't have to take out a mortgage on your home just to be able to afford holiday decorations. With only five dollars, a quick trip to your local Dollar Tree store and about five minutes of free time, you can create a really fun and spooky Halloween wreath you can use year after year.
All you need to create this spooky skull themed Halloween wreath is: a round wreath form or round floral foam, 2 packages of skull themed garland (or any garland you choose) and a light up skull.
It's a pretty straightforward concept; wrap the garland around the wreath form and add the skull when you're finished. I used hot glue to attach the skull, but not the garland, I just tucked it.
You can find all kinds of fun garland at Dollar Tree for all occasions, I even make an Easter wreath using the same concept and I fill it in with Styrofoam eggs. The only limit is your imagination.
