This super simple, 4 ingredient smoothie is so easy. It's perfect for early mornings when you really don't know what day it is or even care.
Grab some frozen fruit (bananas and fresh cut pineapple), throw it in the blender with some milk and a spoon-full of coconut syrup and bam, you've got a good, healthy breakfast that even the little ones will enjoy.
