This is one of my favorite "Go-To" meals on those days when I really am not in the mood to cook.
What You Need
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning (or you can substitute a few sprinkles cumin, chili powder & garlic powder)
1 can tomato soup
1 can corn & peppers (optional)
Brown ground beef with onion & taco seasoning, drain.
Add back to skillet, stir in soup & corn, simmer 15 mins or 'til warmed through.
Serve over toasted buns.
