I came up with this one night, a while back, by accident. I was craving something sweet, but since I've been "trying" to buy less junk food lately, we had nothing... So I threw this together and it is soooo good!
Note: This is NOT a diabetic friendly dish.
What You Need
Graham crackers (I used blueberry flavored Belvita™, but plain is fine)
2 pkgs Vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 block of cream cheese (softened)
1 can Sweetened Condensed milk
Caramel Macchiato Sauce
Dissolve 1 Tbsp instant coffee in 1/2 Tbsp hot water.
Take a few spoon-fulls of your favorite store-bought caramel topping, mix in the coffee concentrate and zap it for a few seconds in the microwave, stir and drizzle.
