Were you one of those kids who liked to build forts out of your Mom's sheets, kitchen chairs and a few rubber bands or have you ever built a secret hiding spot with your Mom's couch cushions? Maybe you were lucky enough to have a tree-house in the back yard. All kids love to have their own place to go to when they want to play, read or just hang out. . Build a Dream Pop n Play Castle Build a Dream Playhouses™ was founded by a Cleveland father dedicated to the futures of the City of Cleveland, the State of Ohio, and the imaginations of children. To achieve that, and reflecting on his city’s hard times, he collaborated with the world famous Nottingham-Spirk Design Associates, a group of 3 to 9 year old children, and the Smurfit Stone Container Corporation, Build a Dream Playhouses™ is now proud to introduce to you what we believe to be the most innovative, fresh, and fun playhouses on the market. We hope you enjoy our products and we look forward to introducing many more in the near future. Build a Dream playhouses are so much fun, for kids of all ages, even grown-up kids... somehow, even I was able to squeez into "Castle Micah" and we had a blast. Their motto says it all.... " Our quality products offer the tangible framework for children to place their intangible dreams" Isn't that great?! Makes me wish I had one of these things when I was a kid. Going..... Going...... Going..... GONE!!! Build a Dream also offers 5 other pop up playhouses, in addition to the castle. The castle is very well made of thick corrugated cardboard. It is super easy and quick to put together, it literally just pops right up, like a pop up book. There is zero assembly required.
Micah has had his castle for almost a month now and it has held up amazingly well. I haven't noticed any rips, tears or anything like that, even after some rough play. The castle itself is about 4 ft tall and approx 5 ft across {fully installed from side to side, not laid out flat} and fits perfectly in almost any space. The pop up playhouse arrived in black and white so you can design and paint it with any color scheme you'd like. You can use markers, paints and even crayons. {but that would probably take quite a while} I have a very artsy fartsy friend who is going to help me paint Micah's castle, our schedules just haven't synched up yet, but I will update with pics when it is done. Overall this is an awesome, fun "toy". I love toys that encourage imaginative play and this is definitely one of my favorites and I'm so glad to be able to announce that the nice folks at Build a Dream are giving one of you lucky readers your choice of either a cosmic cruiser or dream machine of your very own. Check out the easy entry form below to get your entries in. GOOD LUCK!!!!
