Ok, Let's face it, being a Mom is hard enough without having to obsess about what to let our kids eat and drink. I mean, some days, I'm doing good to just keep everybody alive & in one piece, much less serve a perfectly balanced meal three times a day. I don't mean they eat cookies for a main course, but maybe a fruit and grain bar for breakfast every once in a while or a good ol' PB&J for lunch (which is actually not too bad for you, it has tons of protein and fruit (depending on the type of "J" you use).
