With summer cookouts in full effect, you're probably looking for something yummy & easy to bring to the next one you're invited to.... Look no further. Margarita pie is so easy to make and it's bursting with the tangy tastes of summer. (which are also on sale at most stores this time of year)
What You Need:
2 Cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup lime juice
2 Eggs
1 Graham cracker pie crust
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup lime juice

Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well. {minus crust, obviously}
- Pour into crust and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 325°.
- Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours 'til set.
- Garnish with cool whip (add a few Tbsp powdered sugar & a tsp of lime juice for a nice kick)
